👂 Heard

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

Heard is a personal reflection journal app operated by Sweat & Bytes Squad. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Nothing. Heard is designed around a simple principle: what's said here, stays here.

  • Your journal entries, mood logs, and reflection sessions are stored only on your device
  • We do not have servers. There is nothing to breach, nothing to subpoena, nothing to sell
  • No account required — no email, no name, no phone number
  • No analytics trackers, no third-party SDKs that collect data
  • No push notifications, no cloud sync, no social features that expose your data

2. Session summaries

When you complete a reflection session, Heard generates a one-line summary capturing the theme and tone of your conversation. The full transcript of your session is discarded immediately after the summary is created. Summaries are stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time.

3. Data sharing

We do not share your data with anyone. There is no data to share. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers of any kind.

4. Privacy as a feature

Your reflections are private by design — not by policy. The app is built so that data never leaves your device. Even if compelled by legal process, we could not produce information we do not have.

5. Data export and deletion

You can export or delete all your local data at any time from within the app. There is no account to delete because there is no account.

6. Children

Heard is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the effective date above will be updated. Since we collect no data, there is little that can change — but we will keep this page accurate.
